BAS Sales Rep sought for Commercial Heating & AC Contractor – Syracuse NY
Our client is one of the most well regarded locally-owned mechanical contractors providing exceptional Commercial HVAC / BAS installation and support. For more than 30 years they have proudly offered quality, stability and built long-term customer satisfaction. Their Building Automation team seeks an experienced and energetic Sales Rep to join the team and continue the delivery of excellent service and installation of controls and communication equipment for the Syracuse market. The right candidate will be well-qualified to service the needs of our existing client base as well as grow and develop new business related to design/build, plan and specification projects and negotiated jobs.
We are an authorized controls contractor offering proprietary controls solutions for Central New York. We have established a solid Business Plan to grow our market share of the controls business. This position will play a critical role in meeting and exceeding these goals. Responsibilities will include educating the Engineering communities in the Central New York market of d our capabilities, fostering partnerships with key customers, electrical contractors, developers, etc. You will also play a key role in the annual dealer agreement business plan development / process for our automation line of business. This will include sales forecasting, market growth, vertical market development, etc.
