Our client has a winning track record acquiring legacy companies in the fragmented veterinary care industry and now they are primed to launch the same successful strategy in the Consumer Home Services business – HVAC, Plumbing and other related services. Their investment has grown to have a national footprint with over 100 acquisitions of veterinary practices in just a 3-year period The company has a proven track record as an industry leader in corporate culture and operational support.

For this new business venture focused on Residential HVAC & Plumbing they a well-qualified CEO / COO high caliber individual capable of leading and growing a team on a regional and potentially national level.  The ideal candidate will have extensive residential HVAC experience, and optimally has worked their way up to a role displaying business, managerial expertise and a strong entrepreneurial mindset.  This position will be remote through Spring 2022, then based in St. Louis MO.  For the right candidate, exceptions might be made.

This is an opportunity commanding a very attractive base salary with an ambitious bonus program and equity participation approaching or exceeding 7-figures for top notch candidates that can meet or exceed expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have direct experience in the HVAC industry (preferably residential) for at least 5 years plus a strong entrepreneurial mindset
• Working knowledge of residential/commercial HVAC (and/or plumbing, refrigeration, electrical contracting) methods, codes, practices & systems
• Must have direct experience in the HVAC industry (preferably residential)
