Director of Sales | Northwest US – Plumbing, PEX for Residential and Commercial Markets

Our client is a leading provider of PEX plumbing, indoor climate and infrastructure systems for residential and commercial building markets globally.  Our solutions create environments that offer energy-efficient comfort, reliability and peace of mind that elevate the building industry to a greater expectation of sustainability and performance.

Currently, we seek a Director of Sales in the Northwestern US region to be responsible for achieving annual sales and profit goals for the region.  The right candidate will be well qualified to coach Senior Sales Managers and their teams to develop and execute sales strategies by market for each segment: distribution, residential, and commercial.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • 5 years successful field sales management experience.
  • 7-10 years construction industry experience, preferably with a building materials manufacturer.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% monthly.
  • Preferred: Experience in the plumbing industry, especially commercial and residential construction and xxperience managing a sales team utilizing Salesforce.com
