Ductless Product Manager and Technical Sales Leader sought for Denver Metro Distributor

 Our client is a nationally well-known and highly regarded full-service heating and air conditioning Distribution Center specializing in Residential, Unitary and Applied Equipment. Currently, they seek a Ductless Product Manager to support the efforts of their outside sales force.  The right candidate will be well qualified to:

• Implement sales and account strategies for Ductless Products targeting:
  • Commercial design engineers and contractors (VRF systems)
  • Residential dealers (ductless mini-splits)
• Cultivate long-term relationships with key account decision makers
• Deliver professional sales presentations
• Solicit new customers and contractors to increase demand for products
• Carry out sales objectives by working closely with the company’s outside sales force to identify, target and call on key players

Requirements | Qualifications 

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 3-5 years of productive sales experience in the HVAC Industry, a college degree is preferred
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and have strategic selling skills with demonstrated and proven selling ability.
• Proven ability to interpret and forecast changes in customers’ buying patterns and product requirements along with the ability to function autonomously or as a team player
• Experience identifying market dynamics and quickly defining and implementing well-devised competitive practices campaign, to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, profit margins, unit conversions, percentages, area and volume.
