Our client serves all of Metro Atlanta with projects ranging from small tenant build outs to 28-story high rise buildings. Their dedicated and experienced team consists of 9 Project Managers, 19 Field Superintendents, 10 Plumbers, 12 Service Technicians, 200 Installers and office support staff that are all here to ensure that their clients are well-served.
Currently we seek a Commercial HVAC Service Sales Leader to be responsible for growing and managing the sale of commercial service work and Preventative Maintenance Agreement Sales. In this role you will be supported by an established $50 million Construction and Engineering Department that provides solid sales leads. This individual will receive mileage reimbursement, along with a competitive base, incentive plan and benefits package. Responsibilities
This position is responsible for growing service revenue through maintaining relationships with the current customers, assisting with their needs as well as acquiring sales through new Preventative Maintenance Agreement customers. This will be accomplished in securing new PM agreements for new and existing clients.
The qualified candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required), proven sales experience with a mechanical contractor (at least 2-5 years). Candidate should have good communication and time management skills and must be self-motivated. Must possess knowledge of commercial sales as well as knowledge of mechanical equipment, to successfully assess, quote, and follow through with work orders for equipment change outs.
