KEY CRITERIA FOR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDACY

  • 4-year college or business or technical degree is preferred; MBA is a big plus
  • Experience managing direct reports
  • Proven track record of increasing responsibility within an organization (or business growth if you were one of the key managers or self-employed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to balance and choose priorities among multiple, simultaneous projectsAbility to work on-site in an essential business, including office / warehouse and visiting client job sites
    Experience managing multiple teams as a “manager of managers”
  • Home services or construction trades experience
  • Some experience working in a small business or startup
