Currently they seek a General Manager to be the senior leader responsible for the overall performance of the business across Washington State.  In this role you will report to the SVP for the U.S. & Central Canada.  The right candidate will be well-qualified to take full accountability for strategy, operations, financial performance, and people leadership across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services.  This role provides end-to-end leadership for sales, service, installation, and administration, with a strong focus on driving profitable growth, operational excellence, and an exceptional customer experience, primarily within the residential (B2C) market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic & Financial Leadership: Provide overall strategic direction and leadership for the business, including full P&L ownership and accountability for revenue growth and profitability.
  • Develop and execute short and long-term strategic plans to increase market share and grow the customer base, particularly within the residential (B2C) market.
  • Establish and manage operating plans, budgets and forecasts aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor financial and operational performance using key corporate KPIs across all functions; proactively identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • Operational Excellence & Customer Experience
  • Lead safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services across service, installation, and sales operations.
  • People Leadership & Culture: Build, lead, and develop a high-performing leadership team across operations, sales, and administration.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Management, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 5–7+ years of progressive senior leadership experience, preferably as a General Manager, Operations Leader, or Sales Leader within HVAC or a related skilled-trades, service-based environment.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen with proven success in P&L ownership, revenue growth, market expansion, cost control, and overall profitability.
  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of driving organic growth, improving sales effectiveness, and balancing customer experience with results.
  • Deep operational knowledge of field-based service and installation businesses; HVAC experience strongly preferred.
