Currently, we seek a well-qualified, dynamic and entrepreneurial Northeast Regional Sales Leader to drive the growth of IAQ distribution channel for the company’s HVAC brand.
This role requires a motivated and experienced salesperson to manage and expand their presence in both residential and commercial markets. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for the development and sales performance of multiple channels to market including commercial, residential and direct customer segments within the assigned region. You will be expected to achieve and surpass regional sales targets on a consistent basis. This role involves partnering with HVAC distributors, working with HVAC manufacturing reps, spec reps and engineers to get the company solutions specified in new construction and existing building projects. You will also focus on growing the Dealer network by supporting current dealers while signing up new ones. You will also present the company products and solutions through trade shows, lunch and learn sessions and other external facing events.
