We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Outside Sales Rep to join our team. You will play a key role in representing our product line successfully to:  HVAC Contractors  Hospitals  Hotels  Rehab and Nursing Facilities  Real Estate Organizations SchoolsUniversities. Responsibilities

  • Penetrate existing customer accounts, establish new accounts and further existing relationships or develop new ones
  • Ability and willingness to be in the field every workday in the 5 boroughs visiting customer or prospective customer accounts.
  • Coordinate sales activities, schedule appointments, prepare sales materials, and following up with customers
  • Utilize market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Work with your inside sales coordinator to provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns

Experience

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
  • Knowledge of technology sales or technical products is preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
