Join a Fast-Growing Home Services Platform

Our client is a private-equity-backed residential services platform operating 12+ trusted local Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical brands across multiple states.  Their brands share one mission: to deliver same-day, expert service rooted in trust, professionalism, and community reputation.

Currently, we seek a well-qualified Regional Plumbing Manager (RPM) to drive overall performance, profitability, operational execution, and growth of the plumbing business in the Southern Region.

This position will provide leadership to the region’s plumbing operations with a primary focus on improving KPIs, increasing gross margin, controlling labor and material costs, improving productivity, developing employees, and creating consistent operating standards across all locations.

The role is expected to be hands-on and field-oriented. Success will be measured by the manager’s ability to produce sustained, measurable improvements in regional plumbing performance.

The RPM should be able to look at the business, identify where performance is below expectations, determine why, implement the necessary changes, and demonstrate through the KPIs and P&L that the changes produced results.
