Regional Sales Director – HVAC & IAQ Sales
We are seeking several Regional Sales Directors (RSD) to drive growth for an innovative Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) technology manufacturer. This role focuses on expanding sales through HVAC wholesale distributors, supply houses, and residential HVAC contractors across multiple U.S. territories.
This is a high-impact B2B HVAC sales leadership opportunity with six-figure earning potential and strong market demand driven by growing interest in air purification, indoor air quality, and healthy building technologies.

The company’s air purification technology originated from NASA-developed science and is recognized by the Space Foundation as Certified Space Technology. Their IAQ products have demonstrated the ability to significantly reduce exposure to viruses, bacteria, and mold in indoor environments.
With growing demand for healthy indoor environments, the company is expanding its national sales team.
Regional Sales Director openings are currently available in multiple regions including:
New England
Upper Midwest (Chicago / Milwaukee)
Northern Florida
Atlanta / Southeast
Texas (Houston, Austin, San Antonio)
Additional territories may be considered depending on candidate experience and location.
The Regional Sales Director will focus on growing IAQ product adoption through HVAC distribution channels and contractor education.
Develop relationships with HVAC wholesale distributors and supply houses
Conduct contractor training sessions on IAQ technology and product installation
Schedule and deliver 3+ contractor training sessions per week
Meet with 10 HVAC contractor owners or decision-makers weekly
Partner with distributor outside sales teams on ride-along sales calls
Generate demand for IAQ add-on products within existing HVAC installations
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and industry partners
Submit weekly sales activity reports and forecasts
Maintain deep knowledge of HVAC products, IAQ technology, and market trends
5+ years of outside sales experience
HVAC industry experience preferred (HVAC equipment, IAQ, distribution, mechanical services)
Proven ability to build relationships with contractors, distributors, and channel partners
Strong presentation and training skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Consultative selling and negotiation ability
High level of customer engagement and rapport building
Ability to travel within assigned territory
