The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, gross profit performance, and overall sales execution across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sewer, replacement, and in-home sales operations throughout the region. This role will oversee Sales Managers, Comfort Advisors, Sewer Sales Specialists, and in-home sales teams while partnering closely with Operations, Service, Installation, Call Center, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to improve KPIs, strengthen accountability, optimize sales processes, and create a high-performance culture.
The ideal candidate is a proven multi-location sales leader with strong residential home services experience, a deep understanding of in-home sales, and the ability to coach teams, improve close rates, and scale operational performance across multiple business lines.
