The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, gross profit performance, and overall sales execution across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sewer, replacement, and in-home sales operations throughout the region. This role will oversee Sales Managers, Comfort Advisors, Sewer Sales Specialists, and in-home sales teams while partnering closely with Operations, Service, Installation, Call Center, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to improve KPIs, strengthen accountability, optimize sales processes, and create a high-performance culture.

The ideal candidate is a proven multi-location sales leader with strong residential home services experience, a deep understanding of in-home sales, and the ability to coach teams, improve close rates, and scale operational performance across multiple business lines.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of residential home services sales experience
  • Strong leadership experience within HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sewer, or in-home sales environments
  • Ability to travel regionally up to 50%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Multi-location leadership experience within residential home services
  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management software
  • Experience leading HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Sewer sales organizations simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field preferred
