We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.  The clients you’ll be supporting are: HVAC Contractors Hospitals Hotels Rehab and Nursing Facilities Real Estate Organizations Schools Universities

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and maintaining relationships
  • Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling appointments, preparing sales materials, and following up with customers
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze data to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

Experience

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
  • Knowledge of technology sales or technical products is preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
