We represent a high caliber, top notch HVAC Producer in the Greater Denver Metro Area that would also be an attractive candidate for a wider Regional or National role. 

After several years of successfully growing and managing a $50 million plus business with consistent 10 to 12% operating income margins in the Western US, he relocated to Denver in April 2025.  You will discover that he has a very stable career history, however this recent position has caused him some serious concerns. He and his family would prefer to remain in the Denver area so that’s why I am hoping you’ll take the opportunity to meet him.

Career Highlights and Accomplishments

  • During the past year, restructured the sales organization of the region’s largest partner division, realigning personnel, goals, and structure. After missing revenue targets in 9 of 12 months in 2025, the division exceeded all sales and revenue targets in Q1 2026.
  • Upon relocation to Colorado to build a new commercial HVAC service and special projects branch from the ground up, he operated as a one person leadership team managing all P&L, sales, estimating, account management, and project execution functions; company’s internal forecast projected a 3-year runway to profitability; however he exceeded those projections by 28 months, turning the branch profitable in Month 8.
  • Built initial field team from scratch — recruited, hired, and managed 3 commercial HVAC technicians to support rapid contract growth.
  • Directed two business units across the San Francisco Bay Area, with full P&L ownership and accountability for all revenue, margin, operational, and people functions.
  • Managed and grew $52M in annual revenue with consistent 10–12% operating income margins across both business units.
  • Led a team of 22 direct reports, driving accountability, collaboration, and adherence to project timelines and financial targets.
  • Developed and facilitated a sales training platform, serving as the organization’s internal sales trainer.
  • Consistently ranked in the company’s top 5 for profitability and revenue: responsible for selling, estimating, and managing preventative maintenance agreement contracts, service repairs, and retrofit/special projects with disciplined financial oversight.
  • Delivered complex retrofit projects on time and within budget, regularly serving as prime contractor across multi-trade scopes.
  • Mentored and developed project engineers, interns, and peers in estimating, technical proposals, and financial reporting.
