EXPERIENCE
2010 – Present – MAJOR BOILER OEM – Eastern Regional Sales Manager
Responsible for managing nine (9) independent representative companies across the territory; Primary job responsibility is to grow sales across the territory by working directly with the representatives, engineering firms, contractors and end-users.
- Grew territory sales over 36% from 2009 through 2011
- Top Sales Region since acquiring the position (2010 & 2011)
- Performed presentations for engineering firms, end-users, and local chapters of ASHRAE, ASPE, and AEE.
- These presentations include product overviews, Efficient System design and optimization practices and competitive analysis.
- Hosted customer visits to company’s facility which includes a full day of presentations, factory walk through, and then entertainment after hours.
2008 – 2010 – MAJOR BOILER OEM – Senior Application Engineer
- Continued to perform all duties required as an Application Engineer
- Performed presentations for Company’s 3-day, in depth product training for the firm’s sales representatives covering all product details and attributes as well as applications
- Performed presentations for prospective customers and engineers during visits to company facilities
- Performed off-site presentations for local organizations of ASHRAE and ASPE
- Created a LEED white paper covering product attributes; Purpose was to provide a reference of the firm’s products to show how they pertain to LEED building design.

2006 – 2008 – MAJOR BOILER OEM – Application Engineer
- Responsible for pre-sale technical support for the firm’s sales representatives and customers
- Performed energy payback analyses (In house bin data program & DOE BLCC Program) to show the benefits of using high-efficient boilers and water heaters
- Performed vent sizings, heater sizings, load calculations (potable water), quotations (domestic and international) and warranty extensions for the sales representatives
- Made recommendations on system design to support ideal operating conditions for the products. These include piping design, exhaust and combustion air duct layout/routing and control strategies
- Responsible for “Sales Drawing” creation (BOM, piping, wiring, and dimensional)
- Aided our Technical Service Department in troubleshooting product issues in the field
2005 – 2006 – CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYER Steriolithography – Lab Technician
- Created support files from CAD designs using 3D Lightyear Software in order to construct a 3D physical model
- Repair and recreate STL files from clients using Magics Software
- Worked directly with the director of the Rapid Prototyping division and was responsible for all division duties during the absence of director
- Responsible for weekly machine checks and updates for the largest SLA laboratory on the east coast
