Responsibilities included investigating, analyzing, and quantifying Energy Savings, including cost estimates of facility improvement measures (FIMs).  Developed detailed cost estimates, life cycle costing, quantify utility and operational budget reduction for cash flow analysis.  Served as a technical expert of the Performance Contracting team.

  • Assisted Performance Assurance Specialists in implementing baseline, benchmark and other performance requirements
  • Performed detailed energy audits in more than 200 buildings totaling over 25 million sqft.  $100 million worth of FIMs were be implemented.
