Due to ongoing prosperity and growth our client currently seeks an ambitious, hardworking and career-minded Preventative Maintenance Agreement Sales Rep (PMSR) to join the team.  Your goal would be to expand the automatically renewable maintenance contract base from their existing customers as well as securing new customers. The PMSR will understand the total range of Company offerings, assess genuine interest in any Company offering and will hand off appropriate opportunities to designated individuals.

Required Skills and Job Functions

• Redeem annual booking quota through the sale of automatically renewable maintenance contracts in assigned markets and in assigned territory at standard Company pricing levels.
• Maintain a suspect list of at least 50 potential customers at all times.
• Proficient in obtaining first appointments with suspect customers and converting them into prospects.
• Able to make effective “First Call” presentations to determine potential and level of interest, to answer all questions and objections, to determine true viability of this prospect and develop an action plan only for those prospects for which there is a high probability of closing the sale.
• Use company provided tools to survey a building to identify all mechanical equipment;  Understand functionality of various types of mechanical systems to assure all individual components are identified and included in the survey.
• Use company provided tools to price various maintenance products and able to determine best product for each prospect based on information obtained during the first call.
• Understand from a prospect’s perspective the costs associated with owning, operating and maintaining a building and is able to review those costs with prospects in various market types.
• Use company provided tools to develop a professional proposal customized to each prospects needs.
• Able to present proposals to prospects, overcome objections and close the sale.
• Able to build and maintain positive working relationships with fellow employees, customers, prospects, and vendors and always represent the Company and yourself in a very positive and professional manner.
• Participate as assigned in the renewal, salvage, collection or escalation of contracts with existing customers. 
• Participate as assigned to assist others in the Company to obtain or retain business in offerings not necessarily related to your primary function.
• Use Company provided tools and formats to submit weekly reports to management which describes selling activity and booking activity for the week, month and year to date.
