He has led executive-level searches for companies such as Johnson Controls, Carrier Corp, Siemens AG, Honeywell, and Daikin Applied, as well as multiple private equity-backed platforms including Southern Home Services, Friendly Home Services, USA Hometown Experts, Service Experts, and American Residential Services. Rob holds an MBA from Babson College with a focus in Entrepreneurship and is a frequent speaker at the Heating & Refrigeration Institute Annual Conference and other industry events.
